1、 Facade bonding, facade bonding is the most widely used bonding technology, which is widely used in making all kinds of acrylic products. Firstly, the surface to be bonded shall be wiped clean. It is best to use a profiling to realize bonding, so that the adhesive does not shake, which is conducive to improving the quality of bonding. For the bonding of acrylic plate with thickness less than 3mm, the bonding can be completed by injecting kribon adhesive evenly and slowly from one side with a syringe. For the bonding of acrylic plates with a thickness of more than 3mm, fine metal wires can be padded in, and the bonding can be completed by capillary action. The metal wires can be pulled out before the adhesive is cured, or the parts that do not need to be bonded can be protected by pasting adhesive tape, leaving the parts coated with adhesive agent coated with adhesive agent, and then obliquely placed into the acrylic plate to extrude bubbles.

2、 Butt joint: place two acrylic plates to be butt joint horizontally on the operation platform, close them, and stick a tape at the bottom, leaving a gap no more than 0.3mm wide for coating adhesive. Use a syringe to evenly and slowly inject klebang adhesive from one side into the gap until it is fully filled. After it is completely cured, remove the adhesive tape.

3、 Plane bonding, plane bonding is a special method. First, wipe the adhered surface clean and place it horizontally, and note an appropriate amount of klebsorbent products on it. Place one side of the other acrylic plate obliquely on the acrylic coated with adhesive, then put it down evenly and slowly, and extrude the bubbles from one side to complete the bonding.

4、 For inclined plane bonding, the bonding inclined plane must be modeled at an angle of 90 degrees to prevent the displacement of the bonded surface. The application of Klein bond adhesive shall be uniform and slow. The profiling can only be removed after it is completely cured.
